The National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC) empowers emerging chapter and alumni leaders of Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity with essential tools for effective leadership. Held annually, NLDC provides a framework for understanding role responsibilities, mastering national and community policies, fostering collaboration, and planning impactful events to guide chapters throughout the academic year. This dynamic weekend unites leaders to share a vision of academic excellence, cultural pride, and brotherhood, while promoting inter-chapter networking and chapter development. Hosted by various chapters since 1998, including recent events at CSU Sacramento (2024) and UC San Diego (2025), NLDC sets the tone for the fraternity’s future, shaping the next chapter of the Nu Alpha Kappa experience.
