NAKLand: Free Family Celebration of El Día de los Niños
NAKLand is an annual free, family-friendly carnival hosted by Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity, Inc. to celebrate El Día de los Niños (Children’s Day). NAKland 2025: Event of the Year at MSU Denver OSILA
The Alpha Gamma Chapter of Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity, Inc. received the Student Organization Event of the Year Award for NAKLand 2025 at MSU Denver’s Outstanding Student Involvement and Leadership Awards (OSILA). The ceremony is sponsored by the Dean of Students Office and the Center for Multicultural Engagement and Inclusion. NAKLand 2025 was a free children’s carnival celebrating El Día del Niño.
Nu Alpha Kappa students handled all planning, promotion, and operations. The event featured carnival games, bouncy houses, live entertainment, and a traditional Danza performance.
